Village Connect is a non-profit that serves the greater S.F. Bay Area. They focus on creating sustainable positive transformations to improve the lives of individuals, their families, and the communities they call home.
As the Social Media Operations Coordinator at Village Connect, the main objective was to optimize social media operations and drive impactful results for the organization. With a focus on operations, standard operating policies, and sustainability, the role aimed to enhance processes to help train & organize processes for a new incoming social media manager.
