Problem:
The client was wasting opportunities on events as they didn't have an easy way to create contacts on HubSpot When they got the chance to add the contact to HubSpot (post-event), the response was poor.
Solution:
Recommended HubSpot + Zapier + EZ text integration to create contacts via text message. Sales rep in the stand could create the contact and trigger email automations in less than 1 minute from meeting the lead.
Results
Hours saved: Team went from 10 hours after each event on manual emailing, to nothing!
Lead Meetings: Increased number of meetings by 600%, as the email workflow was triggered with the sales rep present to answer any questions, instead of waiting until the end of the event.
Revenue: This subtle change increased the Consulting Agency's revenue by $200K as the events were full of qualified leads.
