WooCommerce Checkout Transformation: 20x Increase in Conversions
The Project Goal: The client had a new international store that was struggling—only one order in several months. The checkout process was confusing, and global customers didn't have the tools they needed to complete their purchases easily.
My Solution: I completely overhauled the checkout flow to remove friction and build trust:
One-Page Checkout: I moved everything to a single, intuitive page so customers wouldn't get lost or give up.
Trusted Payments: I set up PayPal as the primary global payment method.
Improved Global Shipping: I added a dynamic country selector and simplified the form to make international orders crystal clear.
B2B Features: I built a dedicated "Invoicing" section for business clients to provide their tax details without hassle.
The Results: The change was instant. Without any extra ads, the store jumped from 1 order in months to 20+ global sales in just the first few weeks. Today, the store sells on every continent, and the client has continued to hire me for all their subsequent projects.
