The beginning
Enhancing the user experience of users by enabling them to pay their bills easily and smoothly. In the phase of improve the backend of paying a bills, the client, collaborated with a third party API, allowing user to get notified and pay their upcoming bills.
The impact
The KPI set was to increase retention and conversion rate for pay bills for the MCB Juice pay bills.
The process
The outcome
At the end of the project, we create the end-to-end experience of paying a bill enabling users to register to their bill via the application and thus being notified when the bills is due. Moreover, user can give a nickname to their bill if they wish.
