ByChance UX/UI Project

One of my most exciting projects is ByChance, a dating platform designed to create authentic, real-life connections.

I joined as a UX/UI designer, turning the founder’s early sketches and ideas into a structured strategy and functioning MVP.

I led the UX process, defining information architecture, creating low and high-fidelity wireframes, and designing key features such as matching changes, “moments” and meeting scheduling.

For the 2.0 version, I translated branding colors into a visual system that shows users their chances of meeting someone compatible, using interactive stars and a calendar for safe, real-world connections.

My work focused on making the platform approachable, warm, and modern while solving key challenges like user safety, avoiding traditional dating app fatigue, and encouraging adoption through engaging, meaningful experiences.
