FACE Stockholm – eCommerce & Branding

One of my longest collaborations is with US-Swedish cosmetics company FACE Stockholm. They are a mother-daughter duo with shops in NY and Stockholm and a beautiful variety of products and services that are magical to see in-person. The goal was to make sure their online presence reflects their quality and personality in all aspects - from newsletters, to social media and to the webshop.

I started working with them as a visual designer creating banners for upcoming campaigns and stayed as their go-to person for web, UX and branding.

One of the biggest problem they had at the beginning was no processes in creating assets and overly complicated web updating process.

We made a switch from Canva to Figma, from WooCommerce to Shopify and from SendinBlue to Mailchimp. We created templates for most common formats and created space for the founder to work on what she does best – focus on sales and vision of the company and bring it forward.

On this project, I worked on website redesign, newsletter design, setting up templates in Mailchimp and Shopify, creating new pages and maintaining the design consistency over the years.
