Overview

I helped implement various external SaaS products, including Person Centred Care (PCS) software, Access Compliance, and Fourth HR. My focus was on creating structured onboarding programs that made the transition to these new systems as smooth and efficient as possible. 
To cater to user preferences, I developed personalised training plans using different learning methods (e.g., video, diagrams, written guides, and meetings). With regular checkpoints to assess compliance and quality, I ensured the system users were empowered to benefit fully from the new systems.

Objectives

Ensure seamless adoption of external SaaS products across various departments, including Person Centred Care (PCS) software, Access Compliance, and Fourth HR.
Develop training sessions tailored to different user learning preferences, ensuring high levels of engagement and understanding.
Establish a structured onboarding process with clear timelines for phased system introductions.

Challenges

Managing multiple external SaaS products and ensuring smooth integration into existing workflows without disrupting operations.
Clearly communicating expectations and introducing the systems in phases to avoid overwhelming users and allow departments to transition at a manageable pace.
Making sure consistent and clear updates were provided to all departments involved, addressing any issues as they arose.

Solution

Created tailored onboarding timetables that included a variety of learning methods, such as videos, diagrams, written instructions, and interactive meetings, to accommodate different learning styles.
Developed a phased approach for introducing each system, accompanied by clear timetables and regular communication updates to all involved departments.
Set up a continuous feedback loop to gather user insights, as well as compliance checks and quality assessments against base data, to track progress.

Results

I successfully implemented various systems with high adoption rates and minimal disruption to daily operations. I received positive feedback from directors and end-users, noting the clarity and support provided throughout the onboarding process. I completed regular checks, and staff and customers' ongoing use of systems demonstrated improved compliance and quality standards.
