Overview

I helped draft and proofread internal policies such as employee roles and responsibilities and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The aim was to ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements while setting clear expectations for colleagues. I collaborated closely with directors, department leads, HR, and IT to ensure that the policies met the needs of various stakeholders.

Structured the policies with easy-to-follow layouts, including summaries, diagrams, and flowcharts to enhance understanding.
Tools like Grammarly ensured grammatical accuracy and clarity during the proofreading process.
Worked closely with all stakeholders to gather input and feedback, incorporating their revisions and ensuring the final policies met their needs.

Results

The policies were easy to implement, and employees improved their understanding of their roles and responsibilities. Internal processes were enhanced, and clearer expectations were set for employees across departments. We ensured compliance with necessary standards and regulations while improving internal communication.
