Customer Success Lead

I lead a team of customer Success personnels with a distributed customer base across the globe. I am responsible for the overall experience of every lead that becomes a paid user/customer. Using the principles of design thinking and an agile mindset I am able to resolve every issue, meet everyone at their level and lead them through a successful experience.
