EdTech Platform for Developers
Educative.io is an interactive learning platform aimed at helping developers upskill through hands-on coding courses. My role as UX Manager was pivotal in enhancing the platform's user experience to boost engagement, retention, and ultimately drive business growth.
Problem
The challenge was to improve user engagement and learning outcomes on the platform, which was crucial for securing a $15M Series A funding round.
My Contributions
I led a team of 12 designers, implementing Design-Ops to increase productivity by 50%. I built the complete Design System which was missing earlier using Figma tool.
Outcomes
The revamped UX led to a 40% decrease in bounce rates and a 25% increase in users. These improvements were instrumental in securing $15M in Series A funding, showcasing the platform's enhanced value and potential for growth.
