Happy Nature – UX/UI Revamp + Brand Overhaul for a Premium Grocery App
Happy Nature is a premium daily grocery delivery service based in Delhi, India, specializing in high-quality essentials like milk, eggs, and bread. Deliveries happen early in the morning, and most customers subscribe, making trial bookings a crucial entry point for conversions.
When the founders approached me, they were struggling to differentiate themselves in an extremely competitive marketcrowded with well-funded players. Their existing app and web platform had UX gaps—particularly in the trial booking flow—and a dated UI that failed to match their product quality.
I redesigned their user experience from the ground up, focusing on:
Optimized trial booking flows to reduce drop-offs and increase conversions.
Improved readability by swapping harsh black text for softer greys and replacing Arial with the friendlier, highly legible Montserrat.
Deeply integrating brand elements and illustration styles across the app for a more cohesive, premium look.
Overseeing a complete brand identity overhaul to help them stand apart from competitors.
