A Clearer Experience for Complex Financial Services

BCB Group is Europe's go-to for business banking. They handle fiat and digital currency payments for institutional traders, exchanges, and fund managers. The product worked, but the experience didn't match their reputation. Complex operations, confusing flows, and onboarding friction were holding back growth. I ran a focused discovery to find the biggest friction points. Where users were getting stuck, where the product was creating unnecessary confusion, and what was stopping new users from getting set up fast. No bloated workshops. Just real research paired with a platform review to figure out what actually needed fixing.

The Results

Cleaner flows, simpler onboarding, and a more intuitive experience across the board. All without compromising on the security their users expect. Early feedback showed stronger engagement with users.
