Redesigning an AI Newsletter Experience to Put Users in Control
With a growing audience of readers seeking smarter ways to consume information, Essentials AI set out to transform how people explore and personalise their daily news. Our challenge was to move beyond static topic lists and create a layered, intuitive experience that feels both intelligent and effortless.
I partnered with the team to shape the next evolution of their product experience, leading UX, UI, and brand direction for a series of high-fidelity concepts and interactive prototypes aimed at securing investor buy-in and defining the product’s long-term vision.
For clarity and flow focus
In an increasingly crowded digital landscape, clarity and simplicity were key. Our strategy focused on creating a seamless flows that allows users to dive into multiple layers of topics without cognitive overload. Each interaction was carefully considered to feel fluid, exploratory, and human.
The resulting design paired a calm, editorial visual language with subtle motion and micro-interactions, creating a sense of sophistication and depth. The work received strong feedback from stakeholders and played a pivotal role in shaping Essentials AI’s next phase of development.
