Lancer Skincare had established credibility as a clinical, science-backed skincare brand created by world-renowned dermatologist Dr. Harold Lancer. However, the brand's visual identity and marketing communication needed modernization to resonate with today's digital-first consumers while maintaining its clinical-luxe positioning.
