ExpoWizard — Making a Complex SaaS Product Easier to Understand
When a product brings together several capabilities, explaining what it does can be just as important as showing what it can do.
ExpoWizard is a B2B SaaS platform that helps sales teams capture prospect information at events, reduce manual data entry, and follow up with leads more efficiently. Its capabilities include AI-powered data capture, transcription, CRM integrations, and automated follow-up.
I worked on the project through Artoria Media, handling the website design and development, from shaping the marketing experience to building it in WordPress.
The challenge
ExpoWizard had several capabilities to communicate, but potential customers needed more than a feature list. They needed to understand the value of the platform, how its capabilities fit together, and whether it was right for their needs.
The website therefore needed to balance product information with a clear path toward exploring plans and starting a trial.

My role
I handled the website design and development, including the page structure, visual presentation, responsive layouts, and implementation.
The thinking behind the experience
I approached the website around the questions a prospective customer would naturally have: What does ExpoWizard do? How does it help? What can it integrate with? And what would it cost to use?
That thinking shaped the progression of the page:
01. Establish the value
Introduce the platform and its purpose so visitors can quickly understand the problem it addresses.
02. Explain the product
Present the core offering in a way that makes the platform easier to grasp without overwhelming visitors with information.
03. Show its capabilities
Give the product's features and integrations room to explain how it fits into a sales team's workflow.
04. Support the decision
Present pricing and plans clearly, giving prospective customers a practical next step toward trying the platform.
Helping visitors evaluate the product
The pricing section was an important part of this journey. Rather than leaving visitors to piece together the offering themselves, the page gives them a dedicated place to explore available plans and what's included.
Bringing the website to life
I developed the website in WordPress using Avada, translating the design into a responsive experience across desktop and mobile. The implementation brought the product messaging, feature sections, integrations, pricing, and trial calls to action together within one consistent marketing website.

The outcome
The completed website gives ExpoWizard a clear place to introduce its platform, explain its capabilities, present its pricing, and invite potential customers to start a trial.
The project brought together product communication, website design, and WordPress development to support the way ExpoWizard presents itself to prospective customers.
This work was completed through Artoria Media, where I was responsible for the website design and development.
