Digital Marketing Website with AI Chatbot

This is the full company website for my digital marketing agency, designed, built and deployed end to end on WordPress. The goal was a site that looks like it was made by people who actually understand modern web design, since a marketing agency's own site is its strongest sales asset.

Built on WordPress with a custom, fully responsive layout covering the home page, services, portfolio, about, blog and contact sections. Every page is structured for clarity first, with a consistent type scale, spacing system and colour palette applied site-wide.

I used GSAP to add motion that supports the content instead of distracting from it:

Scroll-triggered reveals for section headings, service cards and portfolio items

Staggered entrance animations on hero and feature blocks

Smooth parallax and layered movement in key sections

Hover and micro-interactions on buttons, cards and navigation

Timeline-based sequencing so animations feel intentional rather than random

Performance tuning so animations stay smooth on mobile, with reduced-motion respected

I integrated Chatbase as the site's AI assistant so visitors can get instant answers instead of waiting on a contact form.

Trained the chatbot on the agency's own content: service descriptions, pricing approach, process, FAQs and past project details

Uploaded and structured the knowledge base so answers stay accurate and on-brand

Wrote a custom system prompt defining tone, scope and how the bot handles questions it should not answer

Configured the chat widget's appearance, colours, position and welcome message to match the site's design

Set up suggested starter questions to guide visitors toward the services they are most likely looking for

Added lead capture so qualified conversations turn into contact details rather than dead ends

Embedded the widget site-wide on WordPress and tested behaviour across desktop and mobile

Reviewed chat logs after launch and retrained the bot on gaps where answers were weak

A fast, animated, self-serve website where visitors can explore the work, understand the services and get their questions answered instantly, without needing a human on the other end for basic enquiries.
