Project Objective
To develop a comprehensive set of standardized forms to be used by freelance security professionals during site surveys. These forms should be easy to use, efficient, and collect consistent, valuable data.
Project Scope

Identify the key areas to be assessed during a security site survey, such as:
Physical security measures (e.g., fencing, lighting, access control)
Surveillance systems (e.g., CCTV cameras, alarms)
Emergency procedures and response plans
Employee training and awareness
Cybersecurity measures (e.g., network security, data protection)
Design user-friendly forms that are easy to navigate and complete.
Consider using digital form tools (e.g., Google Forms, JotForm) to streamline data collection and analysis.
Form Testing and Refinement:
Conduct pilot tests with a select group of freelance security professionals to gather feedback on form usability and effectiveness.
Analyze feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve form design and data collection.
Form Distribution and Training:
Develop a clear and concise training document to guide freelance security professionals on how to use the forms effectively.
Distribute the forms and training materials to all relevant freelancers.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Collect completed forms from freelance security professionals.
Analyze the data to identify common security vulnerabilities and trends.
