Stonehaus Realty - Brand Guidelines, Website Design & Marketing Strategy for a BC Real Estate Brokerage

The Client
Stonehaus Realty is a real estate brokerage operating across British Columbia — from Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley to Kelowna, Kamloops, Victoria, Nanaimo, and the Kootenays. They serve both home buyers looking for properties and realtors looking for a brokerage that invests in their growth, including a structured mentorship program pairing new agents with top producers. Their tagline: "Dedicated & Driven."
The Challenge
Stonehaus had a growing roster of agents and expanding coverage across BC, but their brand presentation and marketing infrastructure hadn't kept pace. The website needed a redesign to reflect the quality and professionalism of the brokerage. There were no brand guidelines to keep things consistent across locations and agents, no content strategy driving their social channels, no email marketing system in place, and no documented marketing plan to tie it all together.
What I Did
Brand Guidelines & Toolkit Developed a comprehensive brand guideline document covering logo usage, color palette, typography, imagery direction, and tone of voice — giving Stonehaus a consistent visual identity across all locations, agents, and marketing touchpoints. Included a brand toolkit so their internal team could produce on-brand materials independently.
Website Design Designed the full website layout for stonehausrealty.ca — homepage, about pages, agent directory, property listings, mentorship program, contact, and all associated tabs. Focused on clean navigation for two distinct audiences: homebuyers searching properties by region and realtors evaluating whether to join the brokerage. The client's development team built it based on our designs.
Content Calendar Created a structured content calendar to give Stonehaus a consistent, strategic social media presence — covering property highlights, agent spotlights, community engagement, mentorship promotion, and recruitment content.
Email Marketing Campaign Built out email marketing campaigns to nurture both client-facing and agent-recruitment audiences, supporting Stonehaus's dual business model.
Marketing Plan Developed a full marketing plan outlining strategy, channels, audience segmentation (homebuyers vs. agents), content pillars, and a roadmap for execution — giving their internal team a clear playbook to follow beyond our engagement.
Outcome
Stonehaus launched with a cohesive brand identity and a professional website that reflects their positioning as a premium, community-driven brokerage. The brand guidelines, content calendar, and marketing plan gave their team a complete system to maintain consistency and momentum across all BC locations. The website is live and in use at stonehausrealty.ca.
