Conducted initial interviews with applicants and matched qualifications on specific vacancies offered;
Scheduledcandidates for interviews;
Properly set candidates' expectations and prepared them for the interview; and
Maintained an updated database (HubSpot) by moving the candidates to their respective recruitment stage
