Webfala Initiative is a non-profit organization focused on empowering underprivileged children, girls, and women with digital and STEM skills. I was brought in to redesign the website to better communicate their impact, programs, and mission while improving clarity and engagement.
The Challenge
The existing website lacked clear structure, strong storytelling, and a modern visual hierarchy. Key programs, impact metrics, and calls-to-action were not prominently communicated, which made it difficult for partners, donors, and volunteers to quickly understand the organization’s value.
My Role
As the UI/UX Designer, I led the full website redesign process, including user flow restructuring, information architecture, wireframing, visual redesign, and responsive optimization. My goal was to create a clean, credible, and mission-driven experience.
Strategy
I restructured the content to highlight the mission, impact numbers, and core programs early in the user journey. The navigation was simplified to improve discoverability, while donation and partnership calls-to-action were made more visible and compelling.
Design Approach
The redesign focused on clarity, accessibility, and emotional storytelling. I used structured layouts, improved typography hierarchy, and a modern color system that aligned with the organization’s vision. The interface was designed to feel trustworthy, inclusive, and easy to navigate across devices.
Outcome
The new website presents Webfala as a credible, impact-driven organization with a clear mission and structured programs. The redesign improved content clarity, strengthened visual identity, and created a stronger foundation for partnerships, sponsorships, and community growth.
