PocketLawyers is a legal-tech platform connecting clients with vetted lawyers while helping legal professionals manage their practice digitally. I worked as the UI/UX Designer, translating the product vision into a clear, scalable, and user-friendly experience.
The Challenge
The platform needed to simplify complex legal processes, build instant trust, and serve both clients and lawyers without overwhelming either group. The experience had to feel credible, modern, and easy to navigate.
My Role
I led the UX strategy, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and design system creation. I collaborated closely with stakeholders and developers to ensure the product was both usable and scalable.
Strategy
I mapped separate journeys for clients and lawyers, reducing friction in lawyer discovery, consultations, and dashboard management. The focus was clarity, transparency, and guided workflows.
Design Approach
I designed a trust-first interface using structured layouts, strong typography, and a clean visual system. Complex processes were broken into simple steps, supported by a scalable component-based design system.
Outcome
The result was a modern, intuitive legal marketplace experience that improved accessibility and positioned the platform as a credible digital legal solution.
What This Shows
This project demonstrates my ability to design multi-sided platforms, simplify complex industries, and build scalable systems aligned with business goals.
