I help founders and growing teams turn scattered marketing activity into a clear growth plan, then put that plan to work. Over 15+ years, I have worked across paid acquisition, SEO, conversion optimization, email, copywriting and analytics. My experience includes managing acquisition across 11 countries with monthly budgets of €80k+. I look at the whole journey: how people find you, what makes them act and where the experience loses them. I stay close to execution. Depending on the priority, that can mean launching a campaign, rebuilding a landing page, fixing tracking, improving an email journey or shipping a better product workflow. I also build my own products, including Soundae and TrustedLocals, which keeps my work grounded in the realities of getting something useful live. My recent growth work includes a YouTube launch project that recorded 21,693 net new subscribers from February to June 2026, with paid promotion part of the approach.
