This was one of the most rewarding Kajabi migrations I’ve worked on. Julia was running her full ecosystem on Podia and wanted everything moved into one clean, scalable Kajabi setup — website, landing pages, 15+ courses, community, and over 10,000 students.
It was a large, detail-heavy project that required careful planning and a lot of late nights. I rebuilt her entire site on Kajabi, recreated and modernized every key page, migrated all courses, set up her new Kajabi Community, and ensured all 10K students transferred over smoothly.
The final result is a streamlined, high-performing Kajabi platform that’s easier to manage and built for long-term growth.

This was a major Kajabi migration project for Mark Crossfield, a top golf creator with over a million followers. His team wasn't able to launch the original site build on Wordpress built by a previous developer, so they brought me on board to redo the entire build on Kajabi.
I stepped in to redesign and rebuild the entire project from scratch. I started with custom Figma designs for the website, landing pages, course layouts, and community.
The migration included:
• 40+ redesigned landing pages
• 7 complete courses
• New Kajabi Community
• Migration of 23,000+ students
• Improved UX, navigation, and checkout flow

I really enjoyed working on this project for Wonder Garden Curriculum, a nature-inspired homeschool program for parents and educators. This was a full Kajabi website build from the ground up — complete site design, product structure, and 7+ custom landing pages that match their calm, earthy aesthetic.
I mapped out the full site architecture, designed a clean and welcoming experience for parents, and built everything directly in Kajabi so their team could easily manage content moving forward. The focus was clarity, warmth, and a seamless user journey.

I just wrapped up this project and it quickly became one of my favorites. The client had an existing Kajabi site but wanted a full premium upgrade — a new custom website design, course theme, coaching program, Community, and a Branded App.
I began with fully custom Figma designs for the entire ecosystem: website, landing pages, product theme, dashboard, and mobile app UI. Every layout, component, and style was created from scratch to match the brand’s vision — no pre-made templates.
Once approved, I built everything in Kajabi exactly as designed, focusing on clean structure, smooth navigation, and a polished user experience across all touchpoints. The final result is a modern, high-performing Kajabi build that the client absolutely loved.

Recently wrapped up this Wildcat Hobby Classes project — a full custom Kajabi build for a community-focused business based in Portland, Oregon.
Wildcat offers hands-on classes across welding, metal smithing, blacksmithing, electrical, woodworking, and ceramics, and wanted to expand beyond in-person workshops into an online membership and course platform. The goal was to support both their local community and a broader digital audience.
I designed the experience in Figma first, then built a fully custom Kajabi site with a flexible course template, class library, member login experience, and backend structure designed to scale as new classes and programs are added over time.
A great example of blending physical craft education with a modern digital learning platform.

Instabrand Academy was a full Kajabi course launch built from the ground up and remains a foundational project in my career. The goal was to create a clear, premium learning experience with a strong offer structure and simple student journey.
The project started with curriculum planning and offer mapping, followed by custom brand and website design. Everything was built directly inside Kajabi without pre-made templates, including the site, course structure, lessons, sales page, checkout, and email automations.
The launch followed Amy Porterfield’s Digital Course Academy framework and enrolled 40+ students in the first 48 hours. This project reflects how I still work today: strategy first, custom design, and hands-on execution from idea to launch.

Instabrand Academy — The Launch That Started It All
Instabrand Academy was the Kajabi launch that started my career 5+ years ago. My wife and I created her course, Fashion Brand Formula, completely from scratch and spent months designing the brand, structuring the curriculum, building the Kajabi site, and dialing in the funnel and checkout.
We followed Amy Porterfield’s Digital Course Academy framework and enrolled 40+ students in the first 48 hours.
Since that first launch, I’ve helped 200+ clients build courses, memberships, and full Kajabi ecosystems, and have supported projects that have generated millions in revenue on the platform.
Instabrand Academy is still one of my favorite projects because it represents how I work today: custom design, thoughtful strategy, and a hands-on approach from idea to launch.

This project began with a full audit of Steelefit’s existing Kajabi setup, identifying opportunities to improve structure, usability, and performance across the website and courses.
From there, I rebuilt key areas of the Kajabi platform, refining the site layout, optimizing course organization, and improving the overall member experience. The goal was to support a growing fitness brand with a cleaner, more scalable Kajabi system.
