The Embody Lab is a leading education platform in the somatics, trauma therapy, and embodied psychology space, serving a global audience of practitioners, therapists, and educators.

I work as The Embody Lab’s Kajabi Designer & Developer, supporting their platform at both a strategic and execution level across Kajabi and Shopify.

What I Do

I design, build, and manage their entire Kajabi ecosystem, including:

• High-converting sales funnels built in Kajabi and integrated with Shopify • Complex digital product ecosystems (certifications, summits, workshops, memberships, video libraries) • Custom Kajabi website pages, landing pages, and long-form sales pages • Product structuring, access logic, and backend organization for large-scale programs • Email automations, tagging, user journeys, and lifecycle flows • Third-party integrations and custom workflows to support launches and evergreen funnels

Platform Scope

The Embody Lab runs multiple high-volume programs simultaneously, including certification programs, live events, summits, and on-demand content. I help ensure everything works together as one cohesive system — clean UX on the front end, reliable automation on the back end, and a scalable structure that supports growth.

Results

The outcome is a polished, scalable Kajabi platform that supports complex offers without feeling complex to the user. Their funnels convert, their products are easy to manage internally, and the system is flexible enough to support frequent launches, new programs, and evolving content.
