This project was a large-scale migration and rebuild, moving Julia Arndt’s entire business from Podia to a fully custom Kajabi ecosystem.

The goal was not just to migrate content, but to significantly elevate the brand, improve structure and usability, and create a scalable platform that could support long-term growth across courses, coaching programs, and community.

The result is a polished, cohesive Kajabi experience that aligns with Julia’s brand while supporting a growing library of programs and an engaged member community.

Scope of Work

Full Platform Migration • Migrated Julia’s entire website from Podia to Kajabi • Rebuilt all site pages natively inside Kajabi with improved structure and flow • Ensured a seamless transition for existing members and customers

Website Build • Custom Kajabi website build aligned with brand visuals and messaging • Homepage, core website pages, and system pages (login, library, account, etc.) • Responsive design optimized for desktop and mobile

Landing Pages • Built 12+ custom landing pages • Optimized layouts for clarity, hierarchy, and conversion • Created reusable page structures for future launches

Courses & Coaching Programs • Built 15+ courses and coaching programs • Designed a custom course template to match the main website • Structured content for clarity, progress tracking, and ease of use

Community Build • Full Kajabi Community setup • Custom-designed member welcome page • Organized spaces to support discussion, engagement, and program alignment
