VR The Movement needed a complete redesign and rebuild of their existing Kajabi platform, including the main website, landing pages, and course template system. The goal was to elevate the brand visually, improve clarity for parents and students, and create a flexible Kajabi setup that could support ongoing programs, live offerings, and future growth.

A major constraint on this project was timing. When we kicked things off, the client had a fixed launch date just two weeks out. That meant moving quickly without sacrificing design quality, usability, or stability.

The Approach

The project began with a fast but focused design concept to modernize the look and feel while staying aligned with the brand’s tone and audience. Once direction was approved, the full build moved directly into Kajabi.

The existing site was completely restructured and rebuilt, not just reskinned. Page layouts were redesigned for clarity and conversion, navigation was simplified, and content was reorganized so visitors could easily understand programs, schedules, and next steps.

Custom course templates were also rebuilt to create a consistent, polished experience across all programs, making it easy for the client to manage content going forward.
