This project was a full WordPress + LearnDash → Kajabi migration and platform rebuild for Mark Fennell, a high-performance life and business coach, best-selling author, and speaker with a global audience.

The goal was to simplify Mark’s tech stack while creating a clean, scalable Kajabi platform that could support his courses, content, and community as the business continues to grow.

Project Overview

Mark’s existing platform had become complex and difficult to manage at scale. The rebuild focused on consolidating everything into Kajabi, improving structure and usability, and ensuring the platform could comfortably support thousands of active students without friction.

This was not a simple “lift and shift” — it required rethinking the platform architecture and rebuilding it intentionally inside Kajabi.
