How can I define the goals for my Google Slides project?
Start by thinking about what you need your presentation to do. Do you want to teach, sell, or inspire? Write down the main things you want to show or say. This will help you and the freelancer know what to work on.
What information should I share with a Google Slides expert?
Tell the expert about your audience and what they care about. Share any images, texts, or ideas you want in the slides. The more they know, the better they can make the slides just right for you.
How can I check a freelancer's skills in Google Slides?
Look at their past work or ask for a sample. See if their designs are clear and easy to understand. A good freelancer will have examples that show they can make great presentations.
What should I expect in the first meeting with a Google Slides expert?
The first meeting is about getting to know each other and talking about the project details. Discuss your vision, timeline, and any questions. This is also a good time to set clear expectations.
How can I ensure we agree on the project timeline?
Talk with the freelancer about when you need the presentation done. Break the project into smaller tasks with deadlines. Make sure you both agree on these timelines to avoid stress later.
How do I decide on the style of my Google Slides presentation?
Think about the tone of your message — should it be formal, fun, or creative? Share examples or inspirations with the freelancer to help them understand your style. Clear communication helps them design the right look.
What should I include in a project brief for a Google Slides expert?
Write a brief that explains the purpose of your presentation, the audience, and key messages. Include any branding guidelines and visual preferences. A detailed brief helps the freelancer deliver what you want.
How can I manage changes to the project once it's started?
Talk to the freelancer if you think of new ideas or changes. It's important to discuss these changes as soon as possible. Agree on a process for making and approving changes together.
What should I review before finalizing the Google Slides project?
Look through each slide to make sure they match your goals. Check spelling, pictures, and transitions. Giving feedback to the freelancer helps ensure everything is just right.
