Project Summary

Built and executed a referral campaign for their enterprise workplace management software.
Human connections are core to Othership and this was reflected in the decision to target long-time supporters and partners of the business and the incentive offered for lead referrals.

Results

Fast execution - I was able to take this from idea to launch in just over 2 weeks, including the production of a new overview deck and sample language for refers to use.
Strong initial response (48% of contacts engaged)- we completed calls with 48% of our contacts, of which 44% engaged their referral contacts. However, it became clear that the investors did not have the strength of relationship required for the response that we were seeking. There is one high-quality lead that remains open.
