Customer research to inform changes to their medical questionnaire and marketing activities
A re-engagement email campaign for warm leads who had previously completed their medical questionnaire but not completed a purchase to test these changes

Identified CheqUp's most valuable clients - customers familiar with weight loss medication had the shortest buying journey, despite the long delay since their last interaction with CheqUp (c.7 months since completing the old questionnaire).

Above average campaign results for the Healthcare and Medical industry (Mailerlite 2024) - achieved 48% average open rate and 4.1% average click rate.
