Identified CheqUp's most valuable clients - customers familiar with weight loss medication had the shortest buying journey, despite the long delay since their last interaction with CheqUp (c.7 months since completing the old questionnaire).
Optimised their email set-up in Klaviyo.
Above average campaign results for the Healthcare and Medical industry (Mailerlite 2024) - achieved 48% average open rate and 4.1% average click rate.
