Project Summary

Rolled out the company rebrand following their Series A fundraise as the business entered its next phase.
The focus was on establishing a strong foundation to attract new clients while providing employees with guidelines to ensure their external interactions were consistent and on brand.

Outcome / Results

Defined company vision - through a workshop with the senior stakeholders, we defined the company values and vision that would be expressed across the business. We landed on Make Global Teams Work.
Rebranding with a focus on consistency - the development of brand guidelines and templates provided the business with the materials to maintain brand consistency in the product of client materials. They previously had issues maintaining up-to-date materials which was especially an issue given the regulated and more professional nature of the Employer of Record (EOR) space.
An impactful launch - the formal launch was designed to announce our intention as serious contenders in the EOR space. By going live with the rebrand across our website and socials on a specific day, we achieved the impact we were looking for. Post-launch, we received positive comments from several clients on how the rebrand accurately reflected the business they were interacting with and our more exciting and modern approach to EOR.
