I subscribed to OLIPOP's email list and noticed something: in dark mode, black gaps opened up between every section of their emails. It wasn't a one-off, it was a structural build problem that showed up in every send.
So I documented it as a cold audit, then redesigned their welcome email to fix it. Every section background is explicitly declared, the flavour cards are consistent, and the brand voice stays intact.
