I’ve always been a sucker for old-school stuff: retro mascots, warm analog-style graphics, and those frame-by-frame animations with tiny imperfections that make everything feel human, charming, and memorable. That’s why I love projects where I can experiment with this style, and this one is especially close to my heart. I designed dozens of little mascots to find the perfect one, then made sure each variation felt truly unique. The result is a liquid branding system, a familiar face with ever-changing looks. My favorite part of being a creative is the constant urge to refine and reimagine. I built the Coterie (https://coterie.framer.website/) template over a year ago (it’s been one of my most popular), but that was before I truly understood the power of Framer’s CMS. Since then, I’ve learned how dynamic content transforms a site’s flexibility—allowing layouts, listings, and visuals to update automatically as new properties or details are added. For real estate professionals, that adaptability isn’t optional; it’s essential. So I went back, rethought the structure, and rebuilt it from the ground up. Now, the new Coterie is fully powered by CMS, reusable components, and easy-to-edit text-image containers—simpler, smarter, and built for how people actually use it.

A few months ago, I was tapped to lead the website design, development, and Shopify store reconfiguration for the independent record label EMPIRE (https://www.instagram.com/empire), one of my favorite labels ever. Destin Conrad, Sabrina Claudio, Shaboozey, G-Dragon, and so many more incredible artists call EMPIRE home; how could I not love them? Every part of this project, from refining their backend to reimagining their frontend has been such a joy. What started in Figma has officially migrated to Framer (with the help of Framer Commerce) and we're closing in on our wrap date! This is my contribution to #ShareYourWork, and I can’t wait to share the final product in just a few weeks.
