About Stan

Stan is an all-in-one business platform that empowers Creators to sell digital products, book calls, and manage their income without needing complex tools or code. The company grew to $30M+ ARR within its first three years and has become a trusted solution for thousands of Creators, coaches, and entrepreneurs. As part of the Growth team, I led initiatives at the intersection of paid, lifecycle, and brand marketing to scale Creator acquisition and retention globally.

The Challenge

Stan’s growth relied heavily on paid acquisition but lacked a structured UGC system, automated lifecycle programs, and consistent Creator-facing storytelling. The goal was to build a scalable engine that united paid, organic, and event-driven growth under one strategy — improving conversions, retention, and visibility across the Creator funnel.

The Strategy

UGC Program Development
Launched and operationalized Stan’s first UGC program, connecting Creators, editors, and agency partners through automated Notion + Slack workflows.
Delivered 100+ ad creatives monthly across Meta, Google, and YouTube, streamlining testing cycles and lowering cost per creative.
Developed monthly UGC briefs based on data and trends to guide Creator-sourced ad production.
Lifecycle Marketing Buildout
Partnered with Product, Engineering, Data, Design and an external agency partner to develop the company’s lifecycle infrastructure from scratch.
Managed all Creator communications and co-wrote Stan’s bi-weekly Creator newsletter, achieving a 52%+ open rate and above-industry CTRs.

Oversaw content deliverables and post-event amplification, generating 2.3M+ organic views post-event.

Achieved a 532% MoM lift in Meta trials and 129% lift on Google Pmax through high-volume creative testing.
Drove 2.3M+ views from a private Creator event, positioning Stan as a top platform for entrepreneurial Creators.
Established a full-funnel growth ecosystem integrating UGC, Lifecycle, and Creator Partnerships — executed end-to-end.
