Aryam Abreu Delgado (@aryamabreud) is a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty based in Winter Park, Florida, serving the greater Orlando area. Specializing in helping first-time buyers navigate the homebuying process with confidence, Aryam brings a bilingual, client-first approach to one of the most important financial decisions of his clients' lives.
When I came on board in early March 2026, Aryam had no social media presence at all — I built his Instagram, Facebook, and additional platform accounts from the ground up.
My Role 📲
Set up and launched all social media accounts from zero
Developed a bilingual (English a:nd Spanish) content strategy targeting first-time homebuyers across the greater Orlando market
Built and managed the full content calendar across Instagram and Facebook
Produced all content assets independently: static posts, educational carousels, and Reels
Wrote all copy, hooks, and captions in both English and Spanish tailored to a B2C real estate audience
Created educational first-time buyer content to position Aryam as a trusted local market expert
Monitored performance weekly and refined strategy based on engagement and reach data
Aligned content with both brand awareness and lead generation goals

In the first month:
Built a fully active, publishing social media presence across platforms from absolute zero
Grew Facebook to 66 followers organically in the first month
Grew Instagram to 14 followers with consistent educational content
Fast forward 2.5 months:
Grew Instagram from 0 to 39 followers
Grew Facebook from 0 to 78 followers
Achieved Instagram engagement rate of 25.65% (vs. 1–5% industry average for real estate)
Achieved Facebook engagement rate of 22.4%
Top-performing Reel reached 240 organic accounts
Generated 160 Facebook interactions in a single day Luz Maria Mack is a mission-driven consultant and creator who needed a YouTube channel built from absolute zero. No existing audience, no content history, no strategy.
In the first 28 days after launching with a new content strategy, the channel reached 2,000 views, 53 hours of watch time, and 11 new subscribers, with view growth of 909% compared to the prior period. I led the channel audit, built the content positioning strategy, and optimized the titles and thumbnails to attract the right audience from the first upload.
