The project explores how interactive design, 3D visuals, motion, and storytelling can be combined to present a large-scale logistics network in a way that feels simple and intuitive. Instead of relying on a traditional corporate website approach, the experience uses cinematic scenes and dynamic interactions to communicate movement, connectivity, reliability, and the scale of worldwide freight operations. One of the key elements of the experience is an interactive 3D globe that visually represents a connected global transportation network. Combined with shipping routes, location-based elements, freight imagery, and smooth transitions, it creates a sense of scale while reinforcing the idea that every stage of the journey is connected. Throughout the website, large typography, carefully structured layouts, realistic 3D environments, and motion-driven sections guide users through the story. Trucks, cargo ships, containers, highways, and global network visualizations are integrated into the experience to create a strong connection between the digital interface and the real-world logistics industry. The visual direction was designed to feel bold, modern, and technology-focused while maintaining clarity and usability. The project follows a stylized frog character as it walks with nervous, hesitant body language, emphasizing personality through movement rather than dialogue. The goal of this project was to compare an initial animation pass with a polished version by improving weight distribution, timing, spacing, body mechanics, and overall appeal. I carefully refined the frog's posture, walk cycle, anticipation, follow-through, and subtle secondary movements to create a more believable and expressive performance. This project highlights the importance of feedback and revision within the animation pipeline. By evaluating my own work and making targeted improvements, I was able to create a stronger final animation that better communicates the character's emotions, personality, and environmental tone.

The project features my original characters—Ben, Mina, and Zab—as they interact through personality-driven performances that rely on body language, facial expressions, and comedic timing to tell the story. Throughout the project, I was responsible for planning and animating the scenes while focusing on believable movement, appealing poses, camera composition, and pacing. My goal was to create entertaining performances that gave each character a unique personality while demonstrating strong animation principles such as anticipation, timing, squash and stretch, and follow-through. This project reflects my passion for creating memorable characters and stories through animation. It also demonstrates my ability to take an idea from concept to a polished animated sequence, combining creativity with technical problem-solving to produce engaging visual storytelling.

Fan art projects like this are an excellent opportunity to continue refining my illustration skills and explore dynamic compositions inspired by video games.

The project emphasizes character redesign, prop design, and visual storytelling while maintaining the fast-paced energy associated with the Sonic franchise. Designing alternate outfits is one of my favorite ways to explore how clothing, accessories, and weapons can communicate a character's personality and background.
