Ghibli-Style Milestone Animation The Context/Problem: I needed a unique visual asset to celebrate reaching 15,000 followers on LinkedIn and showcase my creative AI capabilities. The Solution/Execution: I built a custom Google AI workflow to generate a 10-second, four-scene animated short film styled entirely in a Studio Ghibli aesthetic. The Value Delivered: The video merged technical prompting with storytelling, generating much impressions within hours and proving AI's power for scroll-stopping brand assets.

AI can help founders build products faster than ever. But building is only half the journey. In this episode, I share a real engineering lesson about why products that look "finished" often aren't ready for production and what actually happens between a working prototype and a successful launch. Building is no longer the bottleneck. Launching is. #FounderEngineeringJournal #AgenticAI #AISaaS #ProductEngineering #StartupFounder #AIEngineer #MVP #Launch #ProductDevelopment #BuildInPublic

I wish I had it months ago. (Launching Proult - Desktop App) I spent 20 minutes looking for a Stripe credential. I checked my notes. My browser bookmarks. Old chats. Random text files. Not because I forgot it. Because I couldn't remember where I had saved it. That's when I realized the most dangerous phrase in a developer's workflow isn't: "I forgot." It's: "I've saved it somewhere." As freelancers, students, developers, and builders, we constantly juggle multiple projects simultaneously. And each project comes with its own ecosystem of information: • Client details • Credentials and passwords • API keys and secrets • Domains and hosting accounts • GitHub repositories • Deployment links • Meeting notes • Project requirements • Time logs and deadlines The problem isn't that we don't save this information. The problem is that we save it everywhere. -A Notepad file for credentials. -A spreadsheet for clients. -A project management tool for tasks. -Bookmarks for links. -Chat messages for "important" details. And before long, finding information takes more time than using it. After one too many "I know I saved this somewhere" moments, I decided to build something for myself. A single place where every project has its own secure workspace. Not just for storing passwords, but for managing everything related to that project: clients, credentials, API keys, notes, services, links, statuses, and time tracking. That's how "𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐭" started. So over the last few days, I've been building Proult, A local-first desktop application designed to keep everything related to a project in one place. -AES-encrypted credentials, API keys, and secrets -Project and client management -Built-in time tracking -Organization through project domains (Freelance, Personal, Organization, University) -Global search across projects, clients, credentials, and services -Full import/export support so your data always remains yours -Pinned projects, tags, notes, deployment links, and service management -Local-first architecture; no cloud dependency, everything stays under your control Still polishing it, but building it has already improved my own workflow significantly. Turns out, the best developer tools are often the ones built to solve your own frustrations first.

Just Completed Harvard’s CS50x! 🎓 Huge milestone unlocked! I have officially completed CS50x: Introduction to Computer Science from Harvard University. This intensive journey deepened my core understanding of software engineering and algorithmic thinking. Beyond the theory, it pushed me to build scalable code from the ground up. Key areas covered and mastered: Low-Level Foundations: Memory management, pointers, and data structures in C. Modern Development: Web development foundations using Python, SQL, and JavaScript. Core Principles: Algorithm design, time complexity (Big O notation) and security. A huge thank you to David J. Malan and the CS50 team for delivering such a world-class, challenging curriculum. learned a lot from it. My understanding went from O(n²) to O(1). Ready to bring these strengthened engineering fundamentals into my next AI and software development role!

easythreads is a Python Library, that simplifies Multi-Theading in Python. A simple Wrapper around ThreadPoolExecutor with configurable Threads, retries, backoff and rate limit all inside one clean function call. Built to simplify development experience by reducing ~40 lines of code into a single line with same results if you are a developer yourself: pip install pyeasythreads Source: https://github.com/Phant0m1zed/easythreads Hosed on: https://pypi.org/project/pyeasythreads/

This was a really cool EdTech project. The goal was to automate grading and student verification. I built a Flask backend that hooks into NLP models, speech to text, text to speech, and even computer vision with OpenCV. Students can give live demos, and the system checks their face, asks them questions out loud, and grades everything automatically. No more manual grading or worrying about cheating. It’s 100% automated, and teachers love how transparent it is. The AI responds in under a second, so it feels almost magical. This is a classic enterprise academic portal, but built solid. It uses Web Forms, ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server. The main challenge was role based access control because you have admins, faculty, TAs, and lab demonstrators all needing different permissions. I designed a three tier architecture with stored procedures and optimistic concurrency control so data doesn’t get messed up when people edit at the same time. Over 200 users per semester use it for task assignments and progress tracking. It’s not flashy, but it works perfectly. For more details, please visit: https://arham-nexus.vercel.app/work/talabportal

Skill Swap is a peer to peer learning platform where you can be both a student and a teacher. I built the backend with Java Spring Boot, real time chat with WebSockets, and video calls with WebRTC. The matching algorithm finds people based on skills, ratings, and availability. You can switch roles anytime. It also has a trust based review system so fake reviews don’t ruin it. This was an MVP, but it proved that real time learning communities can work really well. For more details, please visit: https://arham-nexus.vercel.app/work/skillswap

This is a native Android app I built with Kotlin and Firebase. It connects tourists with verified local guides in real time. You open the app, see nearby guides, book a tour, and then you can track each other’s location live using Google Maps. I also added offline support because travel doesn’t always have perfect internet. Over 100 active users ended up using it,during the MVP. The best part? Battery usage was optimized so your phone doesn’t die halfway through the day. Really proud of how smooth it turned out. For more details, please visit: https://arham-nexus.vercel.app/work/raaheraast
