This is a native Android app I built with Kotlin and Firebase. It connects tourists with verified local guides in real time. You open the app, see nearby guides, book a tour, and then you can track each other’s location live using Google Maps. I also added offline support because travel doesn’t always have perfect internet. Over 100 active users ended up using it,during the MVP. The best part? Battery usage was optimized so your phone doesn’t die halfway through the day. Really proud of how smooth it turned out.

Really satisfying to look at
I'm a developer and I kept running into the same frustrating problem when delivering work to clients: I'd redesign a website, rework a layout, or overhaul a visual identity - and I had no good way to actually show what changed.
I wanted something where I could upload a full-height before screenshot and a full-height after screenshot - the kind that are 4000-6000px tall - and let the client scroll through both, see exactly what moved, what was added, what was removed. Everything I found either cropped the image, didn't support full-page screenshots, or gave you a basic slider with zero context.
So I built my own using Next.js, Firebase, Clerk and Stripe.
Splice View allows you to:
Upload full-height before & after screenshots (the entire page or design, not just what's visible on screen)
Add numbered annotation boxes directly on the image to call out specific changes
Share a single link with your client - no login required on their end
They scroll through the full comparison and see exactly what changed and where
It works for anything visual - website redesigns, landing page updates, UI mockups, graphic design revisions, app screens. If you deliver visual work to clients, this is for you.
Right now it's desktop-optimized and focused on photo comparisons with annotations. We're still in the beta so you might find bugs. Video recording mode is in the works.

A goal-tracking sub-system that grounds an AI assistant in the user's full life-state — target amount, hard deadline, days remaining, current balance, pace status (ahead / on-pace / behind), and reflection streak.
Core features:
Multi-entry timestamped reflection log — plain Enter submits, Shift+Enter newline, optimistic UI, all entries inside one unified container with centered timestamp dividers
Ephemeral Summarize chat modal — loads today's braindumps as live AI context, brother-tone system prompt, conversation NOT persisted (privacy by design)
Nightly auto-summary cron at 23:55 — pulls reflections, runs through Claude, creates a standalone daily summary that downstream AI engines pick up automatically
Pace analysis — surfaces required-vs-actual daily rate, projected gap at deadline, status flag
Each AI engine pulling this data adapts its suggestions based on whether the user is ahead or behind on their goal — recursive context that compounds over time.
