Brevo Email Marketing Setup for Cosmetic Brand I helped a cosmetic brand set up a complete email marketing system using Brevo. The goal was to create a reliable and scalable alternative to Klaviyo due to cost and platform limitations, while still ensuring strong automation, customer data control, and Shopify integration. The brand had no structured email marketing system in place. Customer data was not properly organized or synced, and there were no automated flows to support retention, abandoned cart recovery, or post-purchase engagement. This limited their ability to convert first-time buyers into repeat customers. I built a full email marketing foundation from scratch using Brevo and connected it directly with Shopify to ensure smooth data flow and automation. What I Did - Set up and configured Brevo account from scratch - Integrated Brevo with Shopify for real-time customer sync - Imported and organized customer data for proper segmentation - Structured email lists for targeted campaigns Created and configured automation workflows including: - Welcome emails - Abandoned cart recovery - Post-purchase follow-ups - Tested full Shopify → Brevo synchronization to ensure accuracy - Set up proper email deliverability and authentication Tools Used: Brevo (Sendinblue), brevo webpush, Shopify, email automation workflows, customer data management tools - Fully functional email marketing system connected to Shopify - Automated customer communication flows running smoothly - Clean and structured customer database ready for scaling - Reduced manual marketing effort through automation - Strong foundation for retention and repeat sales growth The brand now has a stable and scalable email marketing system that supports customer retention, improves engagement, and allows future marketing campaigns to run efficiently without rebuilding the system again.

YS Furniture Installations & More Elevating Local Logistics to a Modern Automated SaaS Infrastructure 📖 The Story (Before & After) The Before: YS Furniture Installations & More (based in Luqa, Malta) is a highly skilled local provider handling furniture installation, moving, and delivery. However, their entire digital footprint was restricted to a single Facebook profile. Customer acquisition relied on scattered direct messages, manual back-and-forth phone calls to his line, and fragmented scheduling, leading to high lead friction and zero automated capture. The After: We migrated the brand from a passive social media page to a high-converting, premium SaaS-style digital engine built on Base44 (https://yalcinsammutfurniture.base44.app/gallery). The platform introduces kinetic typography, slick motion design, real-time database-driven lead capture, and a fully autonomous AI Superagent that handles booking intent and localized customer FAQs 24/7. 🛠️ The Core Value Pillars (Judging Criteria Answers) 1. Real-World Utility The Problem Solved: Eliminates lead leakage from social media threads by centralizing incoming traffic into a concrete, interactive booking channel. Live Utility: The platform is fully responsive and interactive. Prospective clients in Malta can now instantly input service details, addresses, and schedule specific slots directly into a dedicated infrastructure, moving away from offline paper tracking or clunky DM threads. 2. Design Quality & Motion SaaS Vibe: Leveraged sharp, modern layout mechanics, a transparent-to-solid glassmorphism navbar, and smooth micro-interactions that mirror tech-forward B2B platforms. UX & Mobile Responsiveness: Built natively with mobile-first logic, ensuring that customers booking an urgent moving or delivery service from their phones on-the-go experience zero friction. Kinetic Motion: Integrated smooth UI animation and motion-driven text on the homepage hero section to visually represent the brand’s core pillars: Speed, Precision, and Seamless Execution. 3. Automation Depth & Impact Lead & Booking Databases: Configured real-time schemas (leads and bookings collections) that capture user intent instantly. The AI Superagent: Implemented a highly trained conversational AI agent that acts as a virtual operations manager. The Superagent autonomously screens incoming leads, qualifies service types (Installation vs. Moving vs. Delivery), answers local geographic coverage questions, and triggers automated mock backend workflows. Tangible Outcomes: Demonstrably reduces manual admin booking overhead by up to 80%, providing a 100% instant response rate to customer inquiries even outside standard working hours. Please check here (https://yalcinsammutfurniture.base44.app/gallery) and remember when credit it not increase the Ai agent wouldn't works. Thanks

Cover image for Why Every eCommerce Brand Needs
Why Every eCommerce Brand Needs a Welcome Email Your welcome email is more than a simple "Thanks for subscribing." It's your first opportunity to turn a new subscriber into a paying customer. Here's why every eCommerce brand should have a high-converting welcome email: ✅ Make a strong first impression The first email sets the tone for your brand and builds trust from day one. ✅ Convert new subscribers into customers People join your list because they're interested. A well-written welcome email gives them a reason to make their first purchase. ✅ Introduce your brand story Share who you are, what makes your products different, and why customers should choose you over your competitors. ✅ Highlight your best-selling products Guide new subscribers toward the products your customers already love instead of making them search. ✅ Recover potential lost sales A welcome discount or limited-time offer can encourage first-time buyers to complete their purchase before they lose interest. ✅ Build long-term customer relationships The right welcome email creates trust, encourages engagement, and lays the foundation for repeat purchases. Brands with optimized welcome flows often see some of their highest email conversion rates because subscribers are most engaged immediately after signing up. If your store sends only a basic "Welcome" message, you're leaving revenue on the table. A strategic welcome flow works for your business 24/7, turning new subscribers into loyal customers while you focus on growing your brand. Melius Project Title: "Museums Alive” Cinematic Video for International Museum Day 18th Many 2026 Project Overview I created a cinematic 45-second promotional video for International Museum Day 2026. Titled “Museums Alive”, the video celebrates the magic of museums as living spaces where history, art, and human connection come alive. This project is especially meaningful to me because I’ve always had a deep love for museums, they are places that spark wonder, preserve our shared heritage, and connect us across time and cultures. Why This Matters: International Museum Day is today (May 18), and this video is ready for immediate use by museums worldwide to boost engagement and visitor numbers. Creative Concept Title: Museums Alive Tagline: One Day. Infinite Worlds. The video takes viewers on a poetic journey through time and cultures, showing how museums bring the past to life with warmth and elegance. Storyboard Highlights Scene 1: Wide shot of a grand sculpture hall with sunlight dramatically streaming through high windows. Scene 2: Medium close-up of a marble bust, shallow depth of field highlighting intricate carving and smooth texture. Scene 3: Smooth tracking shot past classic paintings in ornate frames. Scene 4: Delicate hand gesture fingers gently reaching toward a stone sculpture, conveying wonder and connection Style Direction Cinematic & Elegant 35mm lens aesthetic, Kodak Vision3 500T film look, warm highlights with rich deep shadows Final Deliverables: Full 45-second cinematic video (horizontal) Short vertical version optimized for Reels & TikTok Key visual frames & variations Social media thumbnails How I Used Melius + Canva: I started with Melius’ Storyboard Agent to structure the narrative. Using the node-based canvas, I generated multiple high-quality cinematic clips while maintaining consistent lighting, color grade, and artistic style. I then combined all the Melius-generated clips in Canva, added smooth transitions, refined the pacing, synced the voiceover, and delivered the final polished video. Key Strengths Demonstrated Strong cinematic visual language and emotional storytelling Efficient workflow combining AI generation with final editing Passion-driven content creation My Feedback on Melius: The node-based creative canvas made it very easy to maintain artistic consistency across multiple scenes while rapidly iterating on camera movements, mood, and composition. Also, a few scenes were hitting a persistent content flag even with neutral rephrasing, so Melius kept it to avoid further credit waste.

Cover image for A business owner recently reached
A business owner recently reached out because she believed her website was the reason she wasn't getting enough clients. Like most people in that situation, her first instinct was to look for a redesign. On the surface, that made sense. The site looked dated, engagement was low, and inquiries weren't coming in consistently. But after spending time understanding her business, customer journey, and how prospects interacted with her brand, it became clear that a redesign wasn't the real solution. The real problem was the system behind the website. Her messaging wasn't aligned with her audience. There were gaps in the trust-building process. Prospects weren't being guided toward a clear next step. The website wasn't broken. The customer journey was. Had she invested in another redesign without addressing those issues, she likely would've spent more money and ended up with the same results, just with a prettier interface. Instead, we shifted the conversation from "How do we redesign this?" to "Why aren't the right people converting?" That's where meaningful progress started. One lesson I've learned over the years: Businesses rarely suffer from a lack of tools. They suffer from misdiagnosed problems. The most valuable work isn't building the solution. It's identifying the real problem before resources are wasted solving the wrong one. In a world where AI can help us move faster than ever, discernment is becoming one of the most valuable skills a consultant can have. Speed is useful. Clarity is priceless.
