I’m currently preparing for an upcoming AI-enabled HR technology implementation designed to strengthen workforce operations, improve decision-making, and create a more connected employee experience.
My focus is not simply on introducing new technology. I am working on the people, process, governance, and change-management foundations required for successful adoption. This includes reviewing current workflows, identifying process gaps, clarifying stakeholder responsibilities, preparing communications, and aligning leaders around the purpose and expected outcomes of the transformation.
Using the Prosci ADKAR framework, I am helping build:
1.Awareness of why the change is needed
2.Desire to participate and support the transition
3.Knowledge of the new processes and expectations
4.Ability to use the system effectively
5.Reinforcement to sustain adoption and performance
I am especially interested in how AI can support more efficient HR administration, stronger workforce insights, better employee service, and more strategic leadership decisions—while maintaining appropriate human oversight, confidentiality, and accountability.
This work reflects the type of transformation I am passionate about: connecting people strategy, technology, and organizational readiness so that implementation produces meaningful and sustainable business value.

The project involved analyzing retail performance data, developing category management strategies, and creating merchandising standards to improve shelf organization, product visibility, and execution consistency. Deliverables included shelf-flow recommendations, product facing strategies, merchandising principles, execution checklists, and planogram best practices designed to support retail teams across multiple countries.
