I build custom websites and AI workflows for businesses

What if the next thing your business needs isn’t another tool—but a clearer view of what’s happening? A customer may leave because the website is confusing. A promising lead may get lost between conversations. A team may be working hard while important information sits in separate places. From inside the day-to-day, these can look like unrelated problems. Together, they tell a bigger story. I created the AscentWell Clarity Report to help business owners see that bigger picture before deciding what to build or change. It starts with your goals and examines how your business presents itself, how customers move from interest to action, how work flows behind the scenes, and where communication, processes, or tools may be creating friction. The purpose is not to hand you a generic score or automatically recommend an operating system. It is to turn what we learn into a useful view of your business: what is working, what needs attention, which opportunities matter most, and what practical steps make sense next. The report has value even if you choose not to build anything with AscentWell afterward. You leave with clearer priorities and a stronger basis for your own decisions. If a website, workflow, or connected system would help, we can discuss that as a separate next step shaped around your business. This image is an illustrative representation of the Clarity Report—not real client data or claimed results. If your business is moving but you’re not sure where to focus next, tell me what feels unclear. That’s exactly where a Clarity Report can begin.

I developed this internal operating system to help organize and run AscentWell Systems. It brings business areas such as client pipeline, operations, customer care, finance, and marketing into one connected workspace, with Stacy—the embedded AI assistant—available for context and daily briefings. This image is a sanitized showcase based on the working system, with private information removed and some interface details simplified for public viewing. It represents AscentWell’s own project, not a system delivered to a client. Any client version would be designed around that business’s needs and an agreed scope.

I created this illustrative website concept for a fictional juice brand to explore how a bright, product-led identity could translate into a professional online experience. The design focuses on bold visuals, an easy-to-scan menu, clear navigation, and an obvious next step for visitors. The same approach could be tailored to a real juice bar, café, or tea business around its own products and personality. This is a design concept—not a commissioned client project or a live ordering website. Any ordering or other interactive features would be scoped separately for a real build.

I created this website for AscentWell Systems, my own business. The goal was to make a broad idea—business clarity, connected systems, and AI-enabled workflows—feel clear and approachable to a first-time visitor. I directed the visual style, messaging, page structure, and visitor journey, using AI-assisted development to bring the experience together. The homepage introduces the business, lets visitors explore its connected functions, and gives them a clear path to start a conversation. This is an original AscentWell project, not client work. Retail Merchandising Case Study A cosmetics retailer was struggling with overcrowded shelves, inconsistent visibility, and poor product flow. I reorganized the layout using: • Visibility-based product placement • Simplified shelf hierarchy • Traffic flow optimization • Strategic SKU prioritization The goal wasn’t adding more inventory. It was making products easier to discover and shop. Result: A cleaner customer experience, stronger product visibility, and a more conversion-focused layout strategy.

Recently completed a mini retail design project focused on redesigning a shelf talker to make it brighter, cleaner, and more attention-grabbing for customers shopping in-store. Shelf talkers may seem small, but they still play a major role in modern retail. In crowded aisles, customers make fast decisions, and strong visual cues can help products stand out, communicate value quickly, and improve engagement at the point of purchase. Projects like this are a reminder that even small merchandising improvements can influence customer behavior and strengthen the overall shopping experience. I work on: • Retail merchandising strategy • Shelf visibility & product presentation • Store layout optimization • Customer flow analysis • Retail execution support Always open to connecting with brands, retailers, and businesses looking to improve in-store experience and merchandising execution.

I've been working with scientists that are tracking genetic data across animal colonies. Currently, the data is on spreadsheets and disconnected tools to make critical research decisions. It got me thinking what if the dashboard itself could think with you? Imagine a preclinical research dashboard with Claude embedded as your research assistant. It helps you catch issues, plan experiments, and pull data together for you.

Most small businesses are making decisions off numbers they don't fully trust. Mismatched reports. Spreadsheets that take hours to update. Metrics that mean different things to different people. I spent 4 years fixing exactly this at HCA Healthcare across 186 facilities and at Dell across 100+ enterprise accounts. Reduced manual reporting by 60%. Standardized 30+ KPIs so every team was finally working from the same numbers. Now I bring that same rigor to smaller teams that need real analytics without hiring a full-time analyst. If your data is a mess or your reporting takes longer than it should, that's exactly what I do. Open to dashboard builds, SQL audits, and monthly reporting setups. DMs open. https://public.tableau.com/app/profile/jovanne.saldierna/viz/ShippingCostIntelligenceSystem/ShippingCostIntelligence
