"Automation of Commercial Loan Covenants at Silicon Valley Bank"

As a Product Manager at Silicon Valley Bank, I spearheaded a project to automate data and workflow in nCino/Salesforce to support commercial loan covenants.

The problem this project aimed to solve was the manual and time-consuming process of managing commercial loan covenants, which was prone to errors and inefficiencies.

My contributions to the project involved using my skills in Product Strategy, Product Analytics, Prototyping, Design Sprint, Roadmapping, Wireframing, GTM Planning, Team Leadership, Product Design, Figma, Stakeholder Management, and Design Thinking. I led the team in developing a solution that automated the workflow, significantly reducing manual work and potential for error.
