Imagine you’re starting a coffee brand. The market is oversaturated. Where do you even look? I look at the data. I pulled 120 trending TikTok videos from the last 7 days. 928M views. 462K comments. Then I sorted comments by depth of conversation and likes. The insights? – Menus feel like hieroglyphs – $7 coffee stings – Rituals are broken but deeply emotional From that, I created Grounded. Eco-friendly kits. Custom blends. Health-driven rituals. This is the point: Don’t start with a moodboard. Start with signals. Signals → Design → Product.
