🌶️ YOUR HEALTHCARE APP MAY NOT HAVE A RETENTION PROBLEM. It may have a return problem. Users start strong. They complete onboarding. Follow the plan. Log actions. Keep the streak. Respond to reminders. Then life happens. They miss 1 day. Then 3. Then 1 week.
