Led UX strategy and design direction for McQueens Flowers — a globally recognized premium floral brand — developing a luxury mobile eCommerce app that matched the brand's elevated physical-world presence. Research approach: deliberately avoided floral app benchmarks (all mass-market) and studied luxury fashion and beauty apps instead (Net-a-Porter, SSENSE, Aesop). Built a component system with generous whitespace, constrained typography, and near-zero chrome — letting the product be the visual hero. Designed the customization flow as the primary path through the app, not a secondary option — progressive choice architecture guiding customers through style, color, size, and delivery without feeling like a form. Delivered full UX research report, user flows, component system, and interactive Figma prototypes.

Led UX direction and visual exploration on a pitch to Wataniya — a modern super-app concept reimagining insurance as a daily lifestyle companion, aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 digital transformation agenda. Designed two full theme explorations (conservative brand-led and ambitious lifestyle-first), a modular mobile architecture of 6–8 composable service modules (Policy, Claims, Roadside, Car Services, Notifications, Profile) that Wataniya could scale to new verticals without reshipping navigation, and built accessibility (RTL Arabic-first, contrast, touch targets) as a formal talking point in the pitch — not an afterthought. Delivered interactive Figma prototypes presented remotely to stakeholders in Saudi Arabia.

🚀 Most Startups Build The Wrong Thing First One of the biggest mistakes founders make is investing months into features before validating the actual problem. I've seen teams spend significant time building: ❌ Complex dashboards ❌ Advanced analytics ❌ Multiple integrations ❌ Feature-heavy products Only to discover that users didn't need most of it. The strongest products start with one simple goal: 👉 Solve a real problem for a specific audience. Before building your next product, ask: ✓ What problem am I solving? ✓ Who experiences this problem? ✓ How are they solving it today? ✓ Why would they switch to my solution? The best products aren't built on assumptions. They're built on validation. A simple product that solves a real problem will always outperform a complex product that nobody asked for. The process is simple: 🔹 Build 🔹 Validate 🔹 Improve 🔹 Scale Focus on solving problems first. Features can come later. What's one feature you've seen startups spend too much time building? 👇 Share your thoughts below. #StartupFounder #MVP #ProductDevelopment #SaaSDevelopment #FullStackDeveloper #DigitalConsultant #StartupGrowth #SoftwareDevelopment #TechStrategy #BusinessAutomation #BuildInPublic #Contra

Great software doesn't start with code. It starts with understanding the problem. One of the biggest lessons I've learned as a developer is this: The quality of your solution depends on the quality of your questions. Before writing a single line of code, I ask: 👤 Who is the user? 🎯 What problem are they trying to solve? ⏱️ Which step is slowing them down? 💡 How can we make the experience simpler? Technology is only a tool. Real value comes from solving the right problem in the simplest way possible. A modern UI is great. Clean architecture is essential. Fast performance matters. But if the product doesn't improve someone's workflow or solve a real business challenge, none of it creates lasting impact. The best digital products don't just look good. They make work easier, decisions faster, and businesses more efficient. I'm curious... What's one app or website you use almost every day because it simply works so well? 👇 Share it in the comments—I’m always interested in learning from great product experiences.

The biggest difference between a good developer and a great one? It's not the programming language. It's the questions they ask before writing the first line of code. Before I start building any web application or mobile app, I always ask: 👤 Who is the user? 🎯 What problem are they trying to solve? ⏳ Which task wastes the most time? 💡 How can we make their experience simpler? Because technology alone doesn't create value. The right solution does. A beautiful interface is important. Clean code is important. Scalable architecture is important. But none of them matter if the product doesn't solve a real business problem. The best software feels effortless. It removes friction, saves time, and helps people achieve their goals without thinking about the technology behind it. That's the kind of digital experience every product should aim for. I'm curious... What's one app or website you use regularly because it simply feels right? 👇 Drop its name in the comments. I'd love to know what makes it stand out

Good software isn't just about writing code. It's about creating experiences that people enjoy using. Whether it's a web platform, an internal dashboard, or a mobile application, the goal remains the same: Build products that are intuitive, reliable, and designed around real user needs. The best digital products combine: 📱 Great mobile experiences 💻 Clean web interfaces ⚡ Fast performance 🎯 Clear user journeys 🔄 Scalable architecture Technology changes quickly. Good user experience doesn't. What's one application you use regularly because it simply feels great to use? 👇 Share it below.

Designed & Custom-built something fresh for OneOqood - a B2B real estate enterprise. The founder wanted an attractive first look that immediately grabs the attention of brands and organizations looking to scale their physical locations. A multi-layered search bar with tight copy clearly conveys OneOqood’s message right from the entry point. The footer links are clean, paired with a prominent big CTA. Would love some comments! Like for the final site URL and more design screenshots.

Crazy what a savvy dev + AI can achieve - the speed is unreal! I'm not handing over the reins to AI; I still love controling my code and my own git commits. Claude, Cursor, Codex not my cup of tea. But Gemini Pro as a sidekick when you've got the vision? Pure magic. Targeted a niche campaign, built up a standalone landing page: masonry portfolio grid, custom stepper form. killer domain. All custom-built with Next.js, Sanity CMS, Resend, Tailwind CSS, Vercel. Blazing fast (high-res loads <100ms), spot-on design, mobile optimized, total code/infra control. I love my work, honestly.
