Inventory Integrity: Custom 3-Ply Loss Prevention The Challenge: Annapolis Lighting faced significant inventory shrinkage and untraceable losses across six retail locations due to a lack of visibility into defective merchandise and vendor returns. The Solution: I designed and implemented a proprietary Defective Merchandise Tracking System. Using a 3-ply reconciliation logic (Product/Vendor/Buyer), I created a closed-loop audit trail that accounted for every unit from the moment of defect to the final vendor credit. The Impact: - 15% Reduction in Shrinkage: Reclaimed lost revenue through precise inventory tracking. - 100% Audit Visibility: Provided leadership with real-time data on vendor performance and product quality. - Scalable: Deployed across all 6 locations and the central warehouse.

CRM Migration: $60K+ Annual Cost Recovery The Challenge: Annapolis Yacht Sales was overpaying for a complex CRM (Salesforce) that was misaligned with their niche industry needs, resulting in high overhead and fragmented data. The Solution: I led the end-to-end migration to YATCOBoss. I audited digital inventory systems to resolve long-standing inaccuracies, mapped data for 100% integrity, and trained staff to ensure a seamless transition without service interruptions. The Impact: - $60,000+ annual reduction in software overhead. - 100% asset visibility across digital and physical inventory. - Seamless handoff to internal teams for independent management.

Healthcare Systems: Automating Volunteer Onboarding The Challenge: Luminis Health Gilchrist Lifecare Institute required a scalable tracking system to replace manual data entry that was consuming 15+ hours weekly and risking compliance gaps. The Solution: I architected a closed-loop integration between a custom data structure and Better Impact software. I designed column-mapped synchronization, automated emails, and engineered the system for 100% audit-ready accuracy. The Impact: 15+ hours reclaimed weekly. 40% faster onboarding lead times. 100% compliance for all healthcare records.

Systems-Driven Growth: Doubling Donor Participation The Challenge: Luminis Health’s blood donor program faced administrative friction and manual scheduling hurdles, resulting in inconsistent donor turnout and high staff overhead. The Solution: I architected a repeatable donor engagement system by integrating Calendly for automated scheduling and designing automated email workflows. I managed high-volume appointments within a HIPAA-compliant EMR system to ensure data privacy and operational accuracy. The Impact: - 100% Increase: Doubled monthly blood donations within the first 30 days. - Zero Manual Friction: Eliminated the need for manual appointment coordination. - HIPAA Compliant: Maintained strict data privacy during high-volume operations.

The leadership team needed clarity on ownership and decision-making as the company scaled. I implemented an Accountability Chart in Ninety (EOS) to clearly define roles, responsibilities, and ownership across departments. This eliminated overlap, reduced decision bottlenecks, and created clearer accountability for leadership and team members. Shared here is a snippet of the finalized chart.

Hiring rarely takes too long because of talent. It takes too long because of indecision, unclear handoffs, and broken workflows. This project shows how I redesigned the hiring process to reduce time-to-hire to 10 days by tightening ownership, standardizing steps, and removing unnecessary delays. Sharing a snapshot of that system here.

Recruitment breaks down when too much lives in people’s heads. As teams scaled, I saw the same issues repeat: inconsistent handoffs, unclear ownership, and decisions depending on who happened to be online. So I documented the full recruitment workflow, step by step, into clear SOPs the team could actually use. These SOPs turned tribal knowledge into a repeatable system and reduced friction across recruiting, ops, and account management. Sharing a snippet here from that work.

The company needed to scale its SDR team fast, but onboarding was entirely manual. I designed a 7-module SDR training program with clear, repeatable SOPs for all incoming hires. The result: onboarding time reduced by one week and a smoother handoff for leadership. This is one module from the full training build.
