SmileTrack is a mobile application designed to help Nigerians find, compare, and access dental care more easily. The project was inspired by a critical gap I observed both as a dental therapist and through user research: many people delay or avoid dental treatment because they lack access to reliable information about nearby clinics, pricing, available services, and qualified dental professionals. I led the end-to-end product design process, from user research and problem definition to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design. Through interviews and market analysis, I identified key pain points including lack of price transparency, difficulty locating trusted dental clinics, limited visibility into emergency dental services, and low patient trust. The final solution enables users to discover verified dental clinics, compare services, view pricing information, read patient reviews, locate emergency care, and book appointments through a centralized platform. The design prioritizes accessibility, trust, and ease of navigation to help users make informed oral healthcare decisions.

I took an early-stage idea with no business model and defined the product: the competitive positioning against Bolt and Uber, a hotel-partnership booking model, trust and anti-cancellation strategy, and an EV layer designed for real adoption.
