I led the development of NiQuan Energy’s Corporate Brand Book, formalizing the company’s visual identity, messaging architecture, and positioning framework. The objective was to create a cohesive system that aligned leadership narrative, operational standards, and brand expression across internal and external communication. This work required integrating mission, mantra, and Employee Value Proposition into a structured brand foundation that could guide executive communication, marketing materials, and long-term identity governance. The final Brand Book now serves as the company’s central reference point for consistency, credibility, and institutional clarity.
