SHIRIN — a Mughal ice cream brand that doesn't exist, built as one continuous system.
Most AI brand work falls apart across assets — the logo drifts, the packaging on the shelf doesn't match the packaging in the ad, every image is its own island. I wanted to solve that.
The whole brand hangs off one locked artifact: a single illuminated-manuscript label — two Persian court figures, a cypress between them, gold border. Build that once, lock it, and everything downstream references it.
Pipeline: • One flat packaging dieline, generated and locked first — wordmark, cartouche, border geometry • The flat label → a dimensional pint render → and that becomes the reference for all 11 downstream shots. Freezer, pavilion, OOH, street, merch — the packaging never drifts because nothing re-invents it • Five flavours = five ground colours on one identical cartouche. Colour is the flavour code • A voice to match: courtly on the front, deadpan on the back. "Made for someone not yet here."
Persian legend, Mughal rendering, Nano Banana Pro + Seedance. No cameras were used.
This is the system I bring to D2C and consumer brand launches — a full identity that holds from the pint to the poster. Open for brand & packaging work. Let's talk.
