SHIRIN — Building a Complete Brand World From a Single Locked Asset
Roles: Creative Director, Brand Designer, AI Image Production
Tools: Nano Banana Pro, Seedance 2.0, Photoshop
The problem. AI makes it easy to generate one beautiful brand image and nearly impossible to generate fourteen that belong to the same brand. Logos mutate, packaging shifts between shots, and what looks like a brand is actually a pile of unrelated pictures. A real identity has to survive from the shelf to the billboard without drifting.
Identity Board
Product Lineup
The brief I set myself. Invent a premium ice cream brand with a genuine reason to exist, and build the entire world — packaging, retail, campaign, merch, identity system — as one coherent artifact, not a mood board.
Pavillion
The concept. SHIRIN, named for the heroine of the Persian romance of Khusrau and Shirin — a love story famous for its distance, two people who almost, across an entire epic. The packaging is that story: two court figures painted in Mughal miniature style, a cypress standing between them, never touching. Persian legend, Mughal rendering, made in India.
The system. Everything hangs off one locked asset:
Billboard
Lifestyle
Merchandise
Stickers & Usables
A flat packaging label generated and locked first — wordmark, cusped cartouche, gold foliate border, six-letter mark held exact
That flat label wrapped into a dimensional pint render
The pint became the reference fed into every downstream shot — so the packaging is identical whether it's on a freezer shelf, in a hand, on a marble pavilion counter, or blown up on an OOH panel
Five flavours built as five ground colours on the same cartouche — colour carries the flavour code, the illustration stays constant
The output. A fourteen-asset system: identity board, three-pint lineup, freezer, garden pavilion storefront, point-of-service, OOH lightbox, street editorial, merch grid, a die-cut sticker sheet, and a hero campaign frame — plus a brand voice that runs courtly on the front and deadpan on the back.
Why it matters for a client. This is the difference between AI that makes pictures and AI that builds brands. The method is repeatable: lock the anchor, chain everything to it, let colour do the variation. I bring this to D2C and consumer launches that need a full identity holding together from the product to the poster.

An original Mughal ice cream brand built as one locked system — packaging, retail, campaign & merch that never drift. Persian legend, no cameras used.
